Our properties are specifically set up for travelling contractors, corporate contractors, tradespeople, and project-based workers who need comfortable, affordable short-term accommodation while working away from home.


How long can I stay?

We offer flexible stays ranging from a few nights to several weeks or months. Whether you’re on a short job or a longer project, we can usually accommodate your schedule.


What is included in the accommodation?

All stays typically include:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

Is the accommodation suitable for shift workers?

Yes. Our properties are contractor-friendly and suitable for early starts, night shifts, and rotating schedules. Many locations offer quiet rooms and easy access to major work sites.


Are your properties close to job sites and transport?

Our properties are all situated within easy travel distance of major industrial areas, project sites, and transport routes. And are all within a square mile of each other In the Salford Area of Manchester.  Exact distances vary by location—contact us if you need accommodation near a specific site. We can also provide transport options for larger groups to and from Site/Workplace


Do you offer discounts for longer stays or group bookings?

Yes. We offer competitive rates and discounted pricing for longer stays and multiple bookings. Our properties are within a square mile of each other so large group bookings can be taken.  If you’re booking for a team or an extended project, get in touch for a custom quote.


Is parking available?

All of our properties offer free on-site or street parking suitable for work vehicles and utility vehicles. Parking details will be confirmed at the time of booking.


Are the properties cleaned regularly?

Yes. All properties are professionally cleaned before arrival, and can be cleaned weekly or fortnightly as preferred during For longer stays. Additional cleaning services can be arranged.


What do I need to bring?

Just your personal belongings. We provide bedding, towels, kitchenware, and the essentials so you can settle in quickly and focus on work.


How do I make a booking?

You can book by contacting us directly through our website, phone, or email. We’ll confirm availability, pricing, and check-in details.


What is your check-in and check-out process?

Check-in is simple and flexible, often via self check-in. Full instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Check-out times vary by property and can sometimes be adjusted if needed.

Is the accommodation suitable for companies booking for employees?

Absolutely. We regularly work with businesses booking accommodation for their staff and contractors. Invoicing and repeat bookings are available.
